Bethesda's Pete Hines has urged PS3 and PC owners of Skyrim to "sit tight" for news of when Dawnguard will release on their platforms.
The Bethesda vice president tweeted to suggest that more information will be coming soon, now that the Xbox 360's 30-day exclusivity window is over.
Just sit tight. We'll have info soon.
When asked why PS3 and PC owners hadn't seen the game yet, Hines replied, "Just sit tight. We'll have info soon." Whether this means we're about to get a release date or confirmation that the game won't appear on other platforms is still unclear.
We reported previously that Hines was refusing to be drawn on the issue of Dawnguard on other platforms, saying, "We have not announced Dawnguard for any other platform, nor given a timeline for any such news. If we have news, I promise I’d tell you." It seems now that he may soon be in a position to share more, perhaps in time for patch 1.7 to hit the PS3?
The Dawnguard expansion DLC released on Xbox 360 last month and allows players to become either a Vampire Lord or join the game's titular vampire hunters, the Dawnguard.
