Warner Bros. Announces Game Party Champions

Warner Bros. Entertainment has announced Game Party Champions, a new skill based party game for Wii U.

The title, which is targeted for a Christmas 2012 release, will offer a selection of arcade, sports and party games.

Warner Bros. senior VP of production and development Samantha Ryan said, "Developed specifically for Wii U, Game Party Champions has a fun, pick up-and-play style that experienced and novice gamers will equally enjoy. Players can tilt, turn and swipe the Wii U’s revolutionary touch screen controller to play in entirely new ways."

The game promises HD graphics, intuitive GamePad integration and three game modes: Quick Play, Story Mode and Party Mode.

Game Party Champions is being developed by Phosphor Games, who have previously worked on a number of niche titles, including the upcoming mobile adventure, Horn.
