Heading to New York Comic-Con? Sweet, me too.
With the show just days away, I wanted to let you know that IGN is rolling into New York and we want to meet you. Or see you again. Or drink with you, given the right circumstances and your status as a verified 21+ individual. When you're not busy reading comics, playing games, and taking pictures of super cool cosplay, you should stop by.
There are several ways you can come and chill with other members of the IGN community and see us editors in person. Have you ever wanted to give me a totally safe-for-work hug? Or maybe a hug that's just one or two seconds too long and ever-so-slightly awkward? Now's your chance.
Our NYCC activities come in the following flavors: party and podcast. Please find details below. And it's all totally free! Isn't this game fun?
You know what I like to do while in New York? Party. That's why we're hosting a Meet 'n' Greet just for you... and hundreds of your fellow readers.
- Where: Dave & Busters, Times Square, 3rd Floor
- When: Friday, 8PM
- What: Free drinks, free shirts, and hang out time.
- Why: Because... it's fun.
No need to RSVP. Just show up. Wear clothes.
Come see us live, Punkheads! We do a live episode of Podcast Beyond with Chris Carle giving out free sh*t along the way.
- Where: Javits, Room 1A01
- When: Saturday, 9PM
- What: Hear Colin and I talk. Win stuff, maybe.
- Why: Meh. This one's a stretch.
You definitely need clothes for this event.
