Back at the end of November, Starz launched The Battle for Nuceria, a full-on transmedia experience for fans to play and enjoy before the premiere Spartacus: War of the Damned this coming January. And as promised, we here at IGN have, at the ready, brand video as the Nuceria players complete missions and unlock them.
First we got a look inside the amazing stunt work of War of the Damned. Then, a video profile of Dustin Clare's head-strong warrior, Gannicus. This time, with Nuceria players completing Mission 4, the unlocked video is an in-depth look into War of the Damned's expert costuming.
For a show that features more than its fair share of beautifully sculpted men and women taking OFF their clothes, a lot goes into the authentic costumes for Spartacus. Here's costume designer Barbara Darragh (Xena: Warrior Princess), along with star Liam McIntyre and newcomers Simon Merrells (Crassus) and Todd Lasance (Caesar), talking about new, cool wolf and serpent emblems, keeping the rebels warm during a harsh winter and more.
