The makers of last year's hallucinogenic forest-exploring PSN game Datura have made a PC benchmarking tool that tells you how good your PC is - featuring gigantic cats with laser eyes destroying a city to dubstep.
Eurogamer quotes Datura director Michal "Bonzaj" Staniszewski saying the the Catzilla benchmarking tool is an "exercise before future challenges" - though it seems he's learned something about game design from how popular this video has been. "It just brings so much fun to people. I will remember that when designing our next game."
You can download the beta version of the Catzilla benchmarking tool from the official website. It will analyse your computer for HD movie-watching and gaming performance, and even suggest which parts of your hardware might benefit from an upgrade, and how to optimise performance.
Thanks, Eurogamer.
