Sony has announced that Epic Mickey 2 is headed to PlayStation Vita this year. In a post on the UK PlayStation Blog, SCEE’s Alex Moyet confirmed the release, which will include new controls and a new mode for Vita.
The Vita version will offer touch control for “greater painting accuracy” as well as tilt controls for racing mode. “Not only that,” Moyet noted, “but there’s also a two-player wi-fi co-op mode exclusive to the PS Vita.”
Details on pricing and release date will be confirmed at a later date. The news has yet to be posted on the U.S. PlayStation Blog, but we've reached out to Sony to confirm that the game is also headed to North America and will update this story with any comment we receive.
