Popular fan culture personality Wil Wheaton will lend his dulcet voice skills to There Came An Echo, an upcoming voice-controlled strategy game from Iridium Studios.
The game is in production and in the midst of a Kickstarter funding campaign that closes on March 21, 2013.

Iridium are one of a handful of development studios to have successfully Kickstarted and launched a game, and begin work on a second Kickstarter title.
Iridium's first Kickstarter game was Sequence, a rhythm RPG, which was funded in 2010 for $2602.00, more than four times its meager $600 goal. Sequence was released in 2011 and Iridium reports to have sold more than 100K units of Sequence to date on Steam, most at $5 a pop.
There Came An Echo's Kickstarter campaign closes on March 21, 2013, and is currently sitting at almost $70K of its $90K goal. Looks interesting, but let's be honest: we're just grateful this isn't a Kinect game.
