IGN's Code Foo Returns for 2013

Have you always wanted to code but never been able to find training? Are you an experienced coder looking to kickstart a career? Are you an IGN superfan who wants to come to the office every day? IGN has good news for all three of you -- Code Foo has returned!

Just like last year, Code Foo is a six-week program that has you working out of the IGN office on real engineering projects. You’ll work in small teams and be trained by some of our best engineers, learning cutting-edge tech and solving problems that can help you build your own engineering career. The best part? No experience is necessary -- you don’t even have to submit a resume!

Instead, all we care about is that you’re passionate about IGN and that you’re able to code. Not only that, but if you impress us enough you’ll be able to land a job at IGN, or we’ll help you find a different gig if we don’t hire you ourselves. Some of the best and brightest minds at IGN came from Code Foo, and you could be one of them.

Sound good? Apply now and get your chance to learn from the best. We’ll be accepting applications until April 26th, and the program will run from July 17th through August 28th here in San Francisco.

Want to know more about Code Foo? Find out more info on the official site, and keep an eye on IGN in the days to come for blogs from people who have participated in the program in the past.
