Battlefield developer DICE is teasing “surprises” at E3 next week. In a video posted to EA’s YouTube channel, DICE vice president and general manager Karl-Magnus Troedsson told fans they should make sure to keep an eye on EA’s E3 coverage.
“E3 is less than a week away, and we’re hard at work with all the awesome games that we have to show you,” Troedsson says. “Our excellent dev team is hard at work with Battlefield 4, of course, but we also have a couple of surprises up our sleeve.”
DICE recently opened a Los Angeles studio including developers formerly from Medal of Honor studio Danger Close. Previously, rumored DICE project Mirror’s Edge 2 appeared on EA’s help site along with listings on international retailers.
DICE is also confirmed to be working on a Star Wars game, and we know EA is discussing its Star Wars plans at E3.
Whatever DICE is announcing, you can be sure it will appear at EA’s E3 2013 press conference, which takes place on Monday, June 10th at 1:00 p.m. Pacific.
