A new online marketing campaign for director Gareth Edwards' Godzilla reboot kicked off today that's tracking mysterious monster "encounters," including seismic readings and a missing fishing vessel. Check out the first two posts below:
Found at GodzillaEncounter.com, the viral campaign is currently linking to various screen grabs from "news outlets," but in time this could lead to more substantial material -- Godzilla videos and images perhaps? Also take note of the red letters in the first two headlines. Could this also be a clue?
In any case, it's something to keep our eye on as we approach Comic-Con, which undoubtedly has big plans for Legendary's big bad Kaiju.
