For me, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is not only the peak of the long-running Tom Clancy franchise, it's also the second-greatest stealth game ever made behind Thief II. We can argue about that top-5 list all day, but I think we can all agree that the last Splinter Cell game, Conviction, was good but wasn't the direction that longtime fans wanted to see the series go. Blacklist aims to correct that by not only bringing back Sam's goggles and the wildly original Spies vs. Mercenaries multiplayer mode (more on that soon), but also with Perfectionist mode and a full co-op campaign. Can they live up to the ultimate Chaos Theory standard?
