Television Critics Association Winners Include Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Parks and Recreation, The Americans and Orphan Black's Tatiana Maslany

The Television Critics Association announced their 2013 award winners in a ceremony tonight in Beverly Hills. I should once again note I am a member of the TCA and thus voted on these awards – and while not everything I voted for won, I have to say I’m quite happy with the vast majority of the winners!

Coming off a whirlwind of acclaim for her incredible performance (which is to say, performances) in Orphan Black as multiple clones, Tatiana Maslany -- a virtual unknown a year ago -- won Individual Achievement in Drama, beating out formidable competition from Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad), Vera Farmiga (Bates Motel), Monica Potter (Parenthood) and Matthew Rhys (The Americans). Louis C.K., for the second year in a row, won Individual Achievement in Comedy for Louie.

Outstanding New Program went to FX’s incredibly compelling The Americans, while Outstanding Achievement in Comedy was a rare tie, going to both The Big Bang Theory and Parks and Recreation.

As for Outstanding Achievement in Drama and Program of the Year, it was an amusing flip flop from last year – Game of Thrones won for Drama this time, while Program of the Year went to Breaking Bad, which was exactly the opposite of what occurred in 2012 for the two amazing series.

All in the Family was given the Heritage Award this year, while the Career Achievement Award went to Barbara Walters. Check out all of the 2013 TCA winners below.
