Japanese developer Imageepoch isn’t very well known in the west. Its Luminous Arc games on Nintendo DS, as well as its two Fate/Extra games on PSP, are about as mainstream as the developer has gotten. But its upcoming PlayStation 3-exclusive RPG Toki to Towa has garnered a bit of attention due to its interesting graphical look and intriguing story.
Thing is, it didn’t look like Toki to Towa -- translated to mean Time and Eternity -- had a chance of coming out west. Yet, it looks like it very much will.
Website Gematsu points out a Tweet from Twitter user Eli Shelton in which he asks Imageepoch’s President Ryoei Mikage if there will be an English version of the game in 2013. Mikage answers a resounding “yes!”
It’s unclear who will be publishing the game, though it’s good to hear confirmation from the developer’s president himself that an English, western release will indeed occur in 2013.
