Paramount is reuniting with its Dictator star Sacha Baron Cohen for a new project called The Lesbian, based on the true story about a Hong Kong billionaire who offered $65 million to any man who would marry his lesbian daughter.
Last week, Hong Kong-based real estate tycoon Cecil Chao made worldwide news when he set the seven-figure reward to pry his daughter from her female partner and marry her off. The 76-year-old Chao has never married and is known for personally courting women much younger than himself.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the project would likely act as a starring vehicle for Cohen, who will also be producing under his Four By Two Films banner.
