Peter Molyneux has revealed the first details about what he hopes to achieve in his new project, Godus.
In a developer diary video, the former Lionhead chief has talked about what he wants to borrow from past projects Populous, Dungeon Keeper and Black & White for the new god game.
It's quite an interesting watch; Molyneux openly discusses what aspects of the games he's proud of, while rubbishing others. He's promised more videos will follow, addressing the feedback that this one receives as well as showing off early alpha footage of the game in action.
The Kickstarter for Godus launched last week, asking for £450,000. With 24 days still to go, the project is about a third of the way to that target meaning the signs are fairly positive that the project should come to fruition.
