Death Inc. Misses Target But Monster Meltdown Lives On

Sad news: Death Inc. – a kickstarter project made by former Criterion, Media Molecule and Lionhead devs – missed its target of £300,000. But fear not, Ambient Studios has told IGN that it's "actively pursuing alternate funding avenues, so all is not lost". If you want to know more about Death Inc., IGN visited the studio last month.

Happier news: Ambient is releasing its iPad game Monster Meltdown today. The game centres on Yuri, a Russian janitor, who must detain monsters after a health and safety oversight in the lab he cleans up. It's a puzzle game, with Yuri using a teleporter.

To get more of an idea, take a look at this video:

Daniel is IGN's UK Staff Writer. He will be hunting monsters later today. Follow him on IGN and Twitter.
