The Real-World Value of World of Warcraft’s Stormwind Keep

Some fun economists have taken to evaluating the property values of fictional real estate, with World of Warcraft’s Stormwind Keep being the latest examined under the keen eye of a real estate agent.

Using the shoulder width of a human male character as a guide, the team at real estate blog Movoto calculated the square footage of the Alliance city’s castle to determine its worth - $218 per square foot, adding up to a total of $10,293,472.

Movoto say that it’s one of the cheaper video game properties they’ve evaluated. You can find the full infographic below – keep an eye out for the amusing reference to a 25-man Hogger raid.
